In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex marketing strategies and scalable technical execution. You will own the product backlog and lifecycle from discovery to deployment, ensuring our technical ecosystem seamlessly supports advanced audience segmentation, automated customer journeys, and high-impact campaign execution.</p><p>If you are a collaborative tech-product champion who thrives in an Agile environment and excels at translating business growth, engagement, and retention goals into robust technical features, we want you on our team.</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><b>Strategic Alignment:</b> Partner closely with marketing, business, and technical stakeholders to translate complex customer engagement requirements into actionable product features and user stories.</li><li><b>Technical Collaboration:</b> Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to design and deliver scalable, reliable solutions across marketing platforms and system integrations.</li><li><b>Lifecycle & Backlog Ownership:</b> Own the product backlog, define clear acceptance criteria, and drive delivery across the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)—from initial discovery through to deployment.</li><li><b>Agile Execution:</b> Lead story refinement sessions with development and Quality Engineering (QE) teams to ensure clear alignment and execution readiness.</li><li><b>Cross-Functional Orchestration:</b> Proactively manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and align timelines across diverse, cross-functional teams.</li><li><b>Prioritization:</b> Balance and prioritize platform enhancements, technical debt, and operational tasks to directly support marketing goals (growth, engagement, and retention).</li><li><b>Operational Support:</b> Empower marketing stakeholders in their campaign execution by providing platform-specific operational support and training.</li><li><b>Production Triage:</b> Investigate and troubleshoot complex production issues across marketing applications and data integrations to ensure platform stability.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><b>Experience:</b>  5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner or in a similar technical product management role, with a strong focus on supporting marketing technology (MarTech) or customer-facing platforms.</li><li><b>Domain Expertise:</b> Proven experience working with marketing campaign delivery platforms, applications, and supporting complex workflows (including audience building, scheduling, execution, and tracking).</li><li><b>Agile Proficiency:</b> Deep understanding of Agile methodologies with demonstrated expertise in backlog management, sprint planning, Jira, and leading Scrum ceremonies.</li><li><b>Marketing Acumen:</b>  Strong ability to grasp marketing use cases, customer journeys, data segmentation, and their corresponding business impacts.</li><li><b>Stakeholder Management:</b> Exceptional capability to manage, influence, and communicate effectively with cross-functional partners across Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams.</li><li><b>Data & Technical Literacy:</b><ul><li>Basic analytical skills with the ability to write <b>SQL</b> queries to validate data and inform product decisions.</li><li>Solid familiarity with <b>APIs</b> and system integrations.</li></ul></li><li><b>Soft Skills:</b> Outstanding communication, documentation, and prioritization skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple high-priority initiatives in a fast-paced environment.</li><li><b>Availability:</b> Ability to serve as a lead on-call resource on a rotational schedule to help triage priority production issues when they occur.</li><li><b>Education:</b> Bachelor’s degree required.</li><li><b>Language:</b> Advanced conversational English proficiency.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Additional Skills</b></p><ul><li>Hands-on experience managing email and mobile marketing ecosystems, tracking data from initial collection through campaign deployment to final analytics.</li><li>Direct experience working with leading marketing automation platforms, specifically <b>Airship</b>.</li><li>Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) like <b>Amperity</b> and integration platforms like <b>SnapLogic</b>.</li><li>Deep understanding of advanced campaign orchestration, behavioral segmentation, and customer engagement workflows.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Join us and be part of this journey towards greater opportunities and brighter futures.</b></p></div></div><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">Location:</p>MEX Work-at-Home<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">Language Requirements:</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">Time Type:</p>Full time
