Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking motivated and tech-savvy individuals to join our dynamic BPO team in Pune as Technical Support Executives. In this customer-centric role, you will be responsible for delivering prompt, professional, and technically sound support to clients in the IT and Telecom sector. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers related to IT and telecom products/services.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including internet connectivity, software/hardware configurations, and network problems.

  • Accurately log all service requests, interactions, and problem resolutions in the system.

  • Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate technical teams in a timely manner.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient problem-solving and professional communication.

  • Follow standard operating procedures and adhere to quality and compliance guidelines.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall support operations and service quality.

  • Meet performance KPIs such as response time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience

Working Hours

  • Rotational shifts (Day/Night) – 9 hours including breaks.

  • Must be open to working on weekends or public holidays as per business requirements.

  • Weekly offs will be rotational.

  • Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and basic hardware/software troubleshooting.

  • Familiarity with internet protocols (IP, DNS, DHCP) and modem/router configurations.

  • Customer-first attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
