Territory Manager (Remote Location: New Mexico)

Job Summary
The Territory Manager (TM) is responsible for managing and growing an assigned sales territory while serving as a trusted field representative to the medical community. This role acts as an ambassador for the company, driving sales of company services through prospecting, quoting, and closing new business.

Once services are sold, the TM is responsible for in-servicing and educating accounts, as well as managing and growing existing business. The Territory Manager is expected to consistently document activities and opportunities in accordance with company standard operating procedures.

The ideal candidate for this role would be located within a reasonable distance of Albuquerque, New Mexico or remote anywhere in New Mexico. The expectation will be for this individual to cover all of New Mexico region.

  • Achieve revenue goals for service sales and all assigned product lines

  • In-service and educate new and existing accounts

  • Manage all aspects of the assigned territory while meeting or exceeding performance goals

  • Provide daily updates on sales activity, competition, and business opportunities

  • Accurately maintain CRM activity and submit required paperwork in a timely manner

  • Submit monthly expense reports and manage expenses within the approved budget

  • Collaborate with Product Managers to generate new business and expand existing accounts

  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all company product lines

  • Communicate effectively with Customer Experience and internal teams regarding customer needs

  • Complete issue resolution documentation in accordance with company policies

  • Report to management as directed, providing performance insights and territory assessments

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Marketing, or a related field

  • OR an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

  • Minimum 2+ years of medical sales experience preferred (Healthcare, Medical, Pharmaceutical is a plus)

  • 4+ years of total sales experience with demonstrated success

  • Strong computer proficiency, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills
