Job Summary

Tim Hortons is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Delivery & Warehouse Support professionals to play a critical role in ensuring the smooth movement of products from our distribution centers to our restaurants. This position supports daily warehouse operations and delivery activities, helping maintain the high standards of quality, freshness, and efficiency that Tim Hortons is known for. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-conscious, and committed to teamwork in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and staging of food and non-food items

  • Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles in accordance with safety and quality standards

  • Ensure accurate order fulfillment for restaurant deliveries

  • Maintain inventory accuracy through proper labeling, counting, and documentation

  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures at all times

  • Support delivery teams by preparing routes, verifying documentation, and resolving discrepancies

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and loading areas

  • Report damaged goods, shortages, or operational issues to supervisors promptly

  • Assist with periodic inventory audits and stock rotation (FIFO)

  • Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to meet daily operational targets

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Basic understanding of warehouse and logistics operations

  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • Basic numeracy and record-keeping abilities

  • Physically able to lift, move, and stack goods as required

  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Experience

  • Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, delivery support, or supply chain roles is an advantage
