Bolton site is looking for a

Title Coordinator who'd like to be part of the excitement of our auction business.

The Opportunity:

This is a position in the Registrations & Titles department in the Bolton office that will moving to Orangeville in 2024.

The role will involve being a key member within our front office customer service staff, with primary responsibility managing the processing of Vehicle Titles and Registrations during our auction cycles for our consignors as well as buyers.

This is a Part-Time position. We have 6 scheduled Regional Event auctions per calendar year at our Bolton, Ontario site. Hours of operation are typically 8 AM to 5 PM Monday to Friday, approximately

30 hours per week. We'll occasionally need you to work extended overtime hours (evenings and weekends) during auctions, occurring 6 times per year. You will be required to maintain a valid driver's license.

In this role you'll:

  • Ensure that superior customer service is delivered at all times to customers and be able to collaborate with internal departments successfully as a team player
  • Process registerable assets for sales. Will work closely with the operations team of inspectors and equipment specialists to assist with VIN verification procedures

  • Communicate with consignors and sales staff regarding required information
  • Track interactions relating to customer requests and proactively report areas of customer concerns.
  • Resolve issues and track interactions relating to customer accounts.
  • Provide information related to past and upcoming auctions and equipment.
  • Actively support the RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety: to send everyone home, every day, the way they came to work, by taking personal responsibility for your safety and safety of your team, co-workers and customers.

  • No previous auction experience required
  • Previous in-person customer service work experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Experience using computers, and able to learn to use new technology and software
  • Excellent keyboarding skills for data entry
  • A commitment to providing fantastic customer service
  • Able to work well and maintain a positive attitude in high-pressure situations
  • A friendly, outgoing, patient personality
  • You thrive working as part of team, pitching in wherever you’re needed most
