Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is actively seeking a creative and motivated Trainee Graphic Designer to join our dynamic design team. The selected candidate will assist in creating visual content for digital and print media, marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and branding projects. You will work closely under the mentorship of senior designers to learn professional tools, workflows, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and development of graphics for digital platforms, social media, email campaigns, and websites.

  • Support the creation of layouts, typography, illustrations, and multimedia assets.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to translate ideas into compelling visual designs.

  • Maintain brand consistency in all visual outputs across various channels.

  • Edit and retouch images as required for various campaigns and content needs.

  • Organize and maintain a design library of files, images, and assets.

  • Stay updated with current design trends and suggest improvements or innovative concepts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree (or currently pursuing) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

  • Strong creative flair with attention to detail and a good sense of aesthetics.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new design tools and workflows.

  • Ability to take constructive feedback and implement changes efficiently.

  • Good time management and ability to meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.

  • A basic portfolio or academic design samples is required.

Experience

  • No professional experience required.

  • Internship, freelance, or college project experience will be an added advantage.

  • Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided by senior graphic designers.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST

  • Hybrid model: Option to work remotely with periodic in-office meetings (as applicable)

  • Strong interest in visual storytelling and branding.

  • Basic understanding of layout principles, color theory, and typography.

  • Familiarity with social media formats and digital marketing trends.
