We are seeking motivated and experienced Sales Representatives with a background in solar, home improvement, or in-home sales to join our high-performing team.

In this role, you will meet with pre-qualified homeowners through scheduled appointments—no cold calling or door knocking required. Your focus will be to assess customer needs, present solutions, and close deals.

Duties

Travel to assigned appointments 4-5 days per week
Attend pre-set appointments with qualified homeowners
Conduct in-home consultations and present product solutions
Close sales and meet or exceed performance targets
Maintain professionalism while representing the company in new markets

Qualifications

Previous sales experience required (in-home sales, solar, or home improvement preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to travel regularly
