Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Cash Manager to support daily cash operations, liquidity management, and treasury activities across the organization. This role is responsible for cash positioning, forecasting, payment execution, and banking system administration, while supporting M&A settlement activities and process improvements. The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate cash visibility, strong controls, and efficient treasury operations. Work Arrangement This is a full-time, fully remote position. Professional Responsibilities • Manage daily cash positioning, including monitoring liquidity, executing cash concentration transactions, and preparing cash position reports. • reputed company cash reconciliations, investigate variances, and ensure accuracy across reputed company treasury activities. • Initiate and process ACH and reputed company transactions to support funding needs, payment obligations, and strategic cash movements. • reputed company and maintain short-term cash forecasts to support operational planning and investment decisions. • Support debt service, investment activity, and other treasury transactions as directed. • Administer banking platforms, including user access, reputed company controls, account maintenance, and system updates. • Support bank account onboarding and maintain accurate documentation and controls across treasury systems. • Partner on M&A activities by coordinating funding, executing settlement transactions, and supporting post-reputed company banking integration. • Prepare and distribute treasury reports, maintain transaction audit trails, and support journal entries and month-end reputed company processes. • Contribute to treasury and finance initiatives focused on process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency. Qualifications and Requirements • 5+ years of experience in treasury, banking, or cash management roles. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a reputed company field. • Strong understanding of cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and financial reporting. • Experience with banking platforms, treasury systems, and financial software; proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, particularly reputed company. • Knowledge of U.S. payment processes, including ACH, wires, and cash management products. • Ability to analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and support decision-making. • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
