Employs an end-to-end view of payment products across the enterprise, first taking measure of the bank’s current capabilities and then layering over these products the lens of the customer. Stays informed on evolving technologies and markets to ensure the bank is consistently on the forefront of next generation products and services, and employs that knowledge in developing and delivering products that will ensure market leadership. Collaborates with a cross functional team of professionals to ensure integration with sales, marketing, operations, technology, and customer service; and to ensure products are launched in accordance with business needs and priorities.<br><br>This role is a strategic thinking yet process-oriented professional with superior skills at managing projects. Accountable to maintain compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>JOB REQUIREMENTS</p><p><span>Required Qualifications:</span></p><ul><li><p>Education level required: Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or related field.</p></li><li><p>Minimum experience required: 10+ Years of experience researching, designing, developing, and/or delivering new value-added products in payments, banking or FinTech industry.</p></li><li><p>8+ years of experience developing and driving product strategy or sales.</p></li><li><p>Experience gathering and transforming customer and business needs into an actionable product roadmap that has driven business results.</p></li><li><p><span>Experience creating product artifacts, including market research summaries, competitive analyses, product comparisons, business cases, business and product requirements, business and product workflows, and customer journey maps.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with digital product development, including ability to work cross-functionally to drive delivery.</span></p></li></ul><p><span>Preferred Qualifications:</span></p><ul><li><p>Education level preferred: Master's Degree (or Postgraduate equivalent).</p></li><li><p>Certified Treasury Professional CTP and/or Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) preferred.</p></li></ul><p><span>Job Competencies:</span></p><ul><li><p>Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Detailed wholesale receivables/payables solutions expertise.</p></li><li><p>Highly effective organizational and project management skills, strong attention-to-detail, independent, self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.</p></li><li><p>Direct involvement and/or Voice with Receivables Networks, such as: NACHA, The Clearing House (TCH), AFP, external vendors, etc.</p></li><li><p>Ability to foster internal and external collaborative partnerships that deliver value for customers, partners and the organization.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated continued growth of knowledge on understanding of treasury management products and services.</p></li><li><p>Expertise related to business cash flows, accounting processes and financial optimization.</p></li><li><p>Expertise in value propositions related to treasury management applications within a corporate treasury environment.</p></li><li><p>Expertise of both business and banking regulations such as UCC, Reg CC, Reg E and regulatory guidance/oversight.</p></li><li><p>Developed sales/negotiation aptitude and the ability to tactfully communicate at a senior executive level.</p></li><li><p>Ability to mobilize internal networks and resources to resolve a service challenge or develop a solution.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrates a strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders by communicating</p></li><li><p>clearly, engaging in proactive collaboration, and leveraging cross functional insights.
