You will be responsible for defining the UX foundations for existing and next-generation XR devices. You will be a key driver of both strategy and execution. You will partner closely with Research, Engineering, and Product Management teams across these efforts.<br><br>This role requires a motivated individual contributor who is enthusiastic about 0->1 products, capable of navigating ambiguity, and passionate about establishing industry-leading designs, patterns and frameworks for AI wearables.<br><br>For decades, the computing revolution has reshaped our world driven by<br><br>breakthroughs in compute, connectivity, mobile, and now, AI. Google's XR team is at the forefront of the next major leap – the convergence of AI and XR. This is more than just new devices – it's about reimagining how we interact with the world around us. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Cultivate deep relationships and synthesize complex technical and user considerations into clear, actionable design direction throughout the entire product lifecycle.</li><li>Lead the discovery and ideation for Android XR patterns that adapt to evolving technology, user expectations, and broader Android/Pixel ecosystem. Drive users experience innovation by exploring new interaction paradigms. Work with research to validate.</li><li>Operate as a strategic thought partner to executive leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, bringing resolution to complex, ambiguous challenges.
