The Role We're seeking a Growth Lead & Member Success Associate who excels at building scalable marketing systems while maintaining the human touch that defines our brand. You'll be the architect of Spring Three's visibility engine—driving lead generation, optimizing funnels, and expanding our reach across multiple channels—while ensuring every member feels supported and valued. This role is ideal for someone who: • Thrives on building and optimizing marketing systems that generate consistent, qualified leads • Uses data to drive decisions and loves testing, measuring, and iterating • Sees member success as the ultimate growth strategy • Brings both strategic marketing thinking and hands-on execution excellence Key Responsibilities • Support our evergreen funnels, lead magnets, and visibility initiatives across YouTube, podcast, social, and email channels • Assist with launches, webinars, partner collaborations, and promotional campaigns from planning through execution • Track and report on key performance metrics related to member success, funnels, and visibility efforts • Improve systems and workflows to reduce manual work and enhance member experience • Serve as the primary point of contact for our program members, providing warm, timely, and strategic support across email, Slack, and community platforms • Conduct regular member check-in and discovery calls to guide progress, address challenges, and support retention • Maintain deep knowledge of all our offers, resources, and pathways to confidently direct members • Manage and coordinate program delivery, ensuring monthly resources and communications are delivered on time • Own and moderate private communities to foster engagement, clarity, and connection Required Qualifications • 3-5 years in growth marketing, digital marketing, funnel optimization, or demand generation • Proven track record building and scaling lead generation systems and marketing funnels • Experience with Kajabi, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Canva, ManyChat (or similar platforms) • Strong copywriting skills with ability to create compelling marketing content • Experience with content repurposing, multi-channel distribution, and SEO strategies • Familiarity with podcast production, webinar platforms, and launch coordination • Customer success or community management experience preferred • Boutique fitness or online education industry experience strongly preferred • Has a “let’s figure this out” attitude Benefits: • We’re a remote-first company • Flexible schedule • Full training and ongoing support • This is an Independent Contractor role Application Instructions: Note: If you have a business of your own that you plan to continue to grow, please do not apply.
