Progressive Technology is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Virtual Call Center Agents to join our growing remote support team. As a key member of our Customer Support division, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing world-class service and ensuring a seamless customer experience. 🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.

  • Address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information regarding products or services.

  • Log all customer interactions and resolutions in CRM tools with detailed and timely documentation.

  • Escalate complex issues to relevant departments while maintaining ownership of the customer interaction.

  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance metrics such as call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.

  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay current on company policies and product updates.

  • Deliver a positive customer experience through empathy, patience, and proactive problem-solving.

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelors degree is a plus.
