About the Role: We are a premier, high-end "White Glove" moving and delivery service expanding rapidly in the Austin area. We specialize in handling luxury furniture, antiques, and high-value items for interior designers and residential clients.

We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Warehouse and Field Associate to join our team ASAP. This is a physical, fast-paced role that requires exceptional attention to detail, a professional demeanor, and a strong work ethic. You will split your time between organizing our warehouse facility and out on the field assisting our delivery crews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prep, pack, and organize high-end furniture and materials in the warehouse.
  • Inventory and stock delivery trucks with protective equipment (moving blankets, floor runners, door protectors) before they leave for jobs.
  • Assist delivery drivers on job sites with the safe loading, unloading, and placement of luxury goods.
  • Maintain a pristine, clean warehouse facility and ensure all packing debris is strictly recycled at the end of the day.
  • Safely lift, carry, and maneuver heavy, fragile furniture items alongside a partner.
Requirements (Strictly Enforced):
  • Completely Clean Background: Due to insurance policies and regular access to high-security luxury properties, candidates with any criminal record will not be considered. A comprehensive background check is mandatory.
  • Rock-Solid Reliability: Punctuality is our #1 priority. We enforce a strict "three-strike" attendance and lateness policy.
  • Weekend Availability: Must be available for mandatory weekend work days at least once a month, as needed by AMF.
  • Professional Presentation: Must be willing to maintain a clean-cut appearance, use respectful language, and wear the company uniform (provided shirt paired with your own clean khaki shorts or pants).
  • Transportation: Must have a reliable, personal way to get to and from the warehouse daily.
  • Must be physically capable of heavy lifting (75+ lbs regularly).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Being bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major bonus!
  • Prior experience in warehouse logistics, high-end moving, or luxury retail delivery.
