WELDER

  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. To perform welding components using MIG & TIG welding process equipment’s.
  2. To operate using hand grinders, handheld torch, bandsaw, and other welding related
working tools and equipment.
  1. Maintain upkeep of filler material storage and records.
  2. To perform liquid, penetrate (LP) testing post weld.
  3. To perform all welding work in accordance with established Welding Procedure (WPS), and
customer procedures.
  1. Communicate and reports welding process issues and welding equipment repair to Welding
Engineer to take corrective action.
  1. To support Welding Engineer in welding qualification and development.
  2. Maintain a clean, and safe working environment.
  3. To support operating conventional turning machines in accordance with procedures,
instructions and to report job completion on ERP terminal recording.
  1. To conduct in-process inspection, and measuring of produced part as per inspection plan.
  2. To carry out the duties & responsibilities upon request from superior or top management.
  • Education & Qualification
  1. Minimum SPM/ Certificate/ Diploma.
  2. Able to understand work instruction.
  • Experience
  1. Minimum 1 year working experience with CNC Machining.
  2. Experienced in QC equipment (I.e caliper, micrometer, gauges, etc) preferable.
  • Knowledge
  1. Knowledge in basis dimensional control & customer product visual requirement.
  2. Knowledge in machining tooling.
  • Skill/ Knowledge
  1. CNC machining skill.
  2. Basic knowledge on dimensional control & customer product visual requirement.
  3. Basic knowledge on machining tools.
  • Abilities
  1. Committed and quality orientated.
  2. Able to support overtime / night shift when required.
  3. Able to carry out product quality check.
  4. Able to follow instructions and understand product requirements
  5. Pass eyes test.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
