This position's territory includes [+ territory details] and the surrounding area.   This job might be for you if: Bachelor's degree preferred, specific industry experience or skill sets will be considered in lieu of degree. Documented track record of successful selling. Competitive, self-starter, with demonstrated ability to independently plan and implement assigned territory sales strategy. Demonstrated ability to be productive and comfortable working remotely from home office. Demonstrated ability to deal effectively and professionally with all types of people and situations. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM.  Salesforce is preferred. Proven ability to present in front of groups.   As a Territory Sales Manager, a typical day might include: Managing Territory through a CRM (Salesforce) program with timely and accurate updates. Plans and coordinates sales trips in assigned territory to maximize sales results. Consulting with customers on best solutions and optimizing design strategies. Reviewing front end bid documents Manage the selling process of identified territory projects and opportunities effectively communicating internally and externally in a timely manner. Sells team product portfolio at established pricing and margins. Develops and execute territory KPI Business plans to achieve company initiatives. Certify, schedule, and present company developed AIA accredited courses. Develops and maintains in-depth knowledge of company products, processes, markets, competitors, buying influences, customers, and customer processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Pursues new business development and achieve goals related to key or strategic product introductions and targeted promotions Coordinates sales pursuit activity as required across different internal company departments. Establishes, documents, and maintains a strong, well-qualified data base of contacts and opportunities.
