We're looking for a Sports Events Recruiter to help connect aspiring student-athletes with a unique remote education programme designed to support high-performance winter sports. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is active within the winter sports community and enjoys networking, attending events and engaging with students and their families. The Role As a Sports Events Recruiter, you'll be responsible for generating new student enrolments by building relationships within the skiing and snowboarding community. You'll represent the organisation at winter sports events, competitions and educational fairs, acting as the first point of contact for prospective students and their families. This is a relationship-led role where your passion for winter sports and ability to engage with people will be just as important as your sales ability. Key Responsibilities Build relationships with prospective students, parents, coaches and winter sports communities. Attend skiing and snowboarding events, competitions and exhibitions across the U.S. (approximately 20% travel). Generate and nurture new enrolment opportunities from initial conversation through to handover. Deliver presentations and represent the organisation at events and open days. Maintain an active pipeline of prospective students using CRM. Work closely with the admissions team to ensure a seamless enrolment experience. Meet annual enrolment targets while delivering an outstanding candidate experience. What We're Looking For A genuine passion for skiing or snowboarding, either through personal participation or a professional background. Previous experience in sales, recruitment, admissions, business development or relationship management. Excellent networking and communication skills with the ability to engage students and families. Comfortable travelling regularly, including some evenings and weekends. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. Experience using CRM systems is advantageous.
