To be successful in this role, the candidate must exhibit outstanding creative judgment and guide the creative team in achieving the highest possible standards. The candidate must have experience working with creative teams, guiding concept creation and setting creative direction. This individual has worked at a Group Creative Director level or is ready to step into this type of role. This individual will be responsible to connecting the creative approach to the business strategy. The candidate must be able to convincingly present creative concepts to all parties. This individual will focus on enabling strategic and creative elements of the agency, but also playing a critical role to attract, retain and develop best-in-industry agency talent and build a culture delivering transformative work. The Creative Director will report to the Executive Creative Director. Day to day responsibilities include, but are not limited to Provide leadership / motivation and convey the vision and values of the agency Mentor multiple creative team members, providing clear direction and constructive feedback Craft big ideas and experiences Develop holistic and robust memorable / famous creative campaigns from start to finish Craft Idea led campaigns across multi-channel including Video / print / Digital / Social / emails Develop deep client relationships enable seamless delivery of high-quality creative content Bring cohesive creative direction to ECD and assists in delivering creative ideas to businessunits where relevant Actively identifies new opportunities and future trends Build, mentor, and hire talent to amplify a culture of inclusion and belonging Find creative opportunities where possible even if they haven't been assigned Actively engage in hiring and training of creative staff alongside creative services lead Minimum Qualifications 12+ years of experience in Art Direction or copy, preferably within a marketing / advertising agency 4+ years at a Creative Director level overseeing multiple creative teams Experience overseeing and guiding multiple teams Ability to understand marketing insights and strategies to translate into compelling advertising campaigns that are digital-first Ability to combine conceptual creative thinking with high-quality content delivery Captivating presentation skills Exceptional strategic thinking with experience crafting creative strategies Ability to tailor messaging, keeping the audience in mind Strong conceptual skills Managing / supervising Creative talent Industry awarded work preferred Apply Job!  Submit Your Application Seize this opportunity to make a significant impact.
