Position Summary

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to support clients within the financial services industry. This role is responsible for assisting customers with account inquiries, resolving issues, providing product and service information, and delivering an exceptional customer experience through phone, email, and online communication channels.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding financial products, accounts, billing, payments, and services via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide accurate information while maintaining compliance with company policies and financial regulations
  • Assist customers with account updates, transaction questions, and troubleshooting issues
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Process customer requests, applications, and service changes in a timely manner
  • Educate customers on available products, services, and self-service options
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy during all customer interactions
  • Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to stay updated on financial products and procedures

Qualifications
