To learn more, visit http://www.darktrace.com.<br><br><strong>Job D</strong><strong>escription</strong><strong>:<br><br></strong>As the Order to Cash Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the Workday support team, reporting directly to the Senior Director, Back Office Platforms. You will oversee the maintenance and support of both functional and technical aspects of Workday, including configuration, security, data and reporting. This is a permanent, full time position.<br><br><strong>What will I be doing:<br><br></strong>Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:<br><br><ul><li>Configuration - Configuring Workday modules within Order to Cash to meet business needs,</li><li>Designing business processes, workflows, organisational structures, and security models</li><li>Tailoring system functionality (e.g. dashboards, reports, approval flows) to align with operational requirements,</li><li>Integrations - Supporting the technical integration team with discovery, design and tetsing of integrations within the respective functional areas within Order to Cash,</li><li>Security - With support and guidance from the Security team, configuring, maintaining, and advising on security within the Workday application, including domain security policies, roles, and role assignments,</li><li>Co-ordinating with vendors to understand new technology scope and its association with new functionality and security,</li><li>Staying updated on new security features within the application’s future roadmap and implementing them where relevant,</li><li>Performing audits on system roles and access logs to ensure accuracy,</li><li>Demonstrating proof of security controls during internal and external audits,</li><li>Reporting - In conjunction with functional experts, developing and maintaining simple to complex Workday reports, including matrix and composite reports, utilizing Workday Report Writer and Report Designer,</li><li>Providing support for existing custom reports in Workday,</li><li>Documenting report functions and designs to facilitate maintenance,</li><li>Participating in report reviews, ensuring security and data privacy standards are met,</li><li>Analysing the impacts of new releases or updates to system functionality on reporting and recommending/applying changes.<br><br></li></ul><strong>What experience do I need:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant technical field (Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline) or the equivalent combination of training and work experience,</li><li>Established and proven experience in a Workday support role,</li><li>Exceptional problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills,</li><li>In-depth knowledge of Workday implementation tools (Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Studio, Workday Report Writer, and iLoad),</li><li>Comprehensive understanding of Finance information systems, data models, organization structures, and roles,</li><li>Proficiency in Workday Finance report writing (Advanced Workday Report Writer and Calculated Fields),</li><li>The ability to work effectively in a challenging environment where you can handle both planned and unplanned responsibilities,</li><li>The strong ability to prioritize workload and execute tasks independently,</li><li>Experience with Web Services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST, and WS standards).<br><br></li></ul><strong>Benefits:<br><br></strong><ul><li>23 days’ holiday + all public holidays, rising to 25 days after 2 years of service,</li><li>Additional day off for your birthday,</li><li>Private medical insurance which covers you, your cohabiting partner and children,</li><li>Life insurance of 4 times your base salary,</li><li>Salary sacrifice pension scheme,</li><li>Enhanced family leave,</li><li>Confidential Employee Assistance Program,</li><li>Cycle to work scheme.<br><br></li></ul><em>Darktrace is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
